I am a(n):

Entrepreneur

If you're an entrepreneur or corporate innovator, why?

I love pulling together people and resources in support of a common goal.

My favorite startups:

CustomMade.com, CoachUp, DivyaEnergy, EnergySage, perCent, ekotrope

What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Overcoming naysayers and obstacles to achieve a great result.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Not getting paying customers fast enough.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. In the end, someone has to pay for what you are selling.
2. Be wary of advice, most people just don't have enough relevant experience to give insightful and accurate recommendations on a subject you know far better than them.
3. Crappy today is better than perfect tomorrow
