Greg Ryan is the CEO and co-founder of Pasteurization Technology Group (PTG) an award-winning, venure-capital backed startup in the San Francisco Bay Area. PTG is rapidly growing with customers from different industries as it has the only wastewater disinfection technology that creates renewable energy.
Greg has led PTG since inception and is an expert in the application of highly efficient, cost-effective and sustainable solutions that enable the reuse of watewater. Greg is also experienced in intellectual property development and has developed multiple patents in different fields of business. Greg is a seasoned entrepreneur having founded and grown multiple companies related to water technology in different industries.
Greg was born and raised in California with extensive family ties in both agriculture and renewable energy. One of his first projects, at age 16, was helping to develop his family’s 1 MW hydroelectric power plant.
Greg has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wesleyan University as well as an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University. He enjoys outdoor sports, is a former competitive runner, and has completed a marathon and numerous triathlons. He is happily married and has two wonderful daughters.
