I pride myself in my ability to prioritize tasks and to become a central support to the executive so that their time can be spent on high level projects. As the first UK community moderator at iVillage.co.uk, I spearheaded cutting edge community events; I was the first to start “live online chats” and successfully led and drove traffic to various new and sensitive boards. In my varied roles for internet startup companies, I have intuitively solved problems that are inherent in setting up a new business: Streamlined accounting procedures, defined new hire processes and new hire induction and became expert at sourcing items that were needed yesterday.
