What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Most rewarding is getting to have such a large impact on the success of the company due to being there from the beginning. Frustrating can be the uncertainty with such high risk/high reward ventures.

Full bio

My educational background is in Computer Science (BA, and MS at MIT), however through my career I've worked in both engineering and product mangement. At Google I worked as a product manger on Google Apps including the search App on Android as well as the Inbox email client. Now at Laugh.ly I work at the intersection of product and engineering to help develop our app.
