Dmitry Volkov

I'm a serial entrepreneur and investor in tech. I started my first software development company at the age of 21 with two engineers and sold the company with around 500 employees. My other sucessfull startups were UsabilityLab, SoftwarePeople and PayOnline. I'm currently the CEO of Dating.com Group and Managing Partner at Social Discovery Ventures. I made a number of direct investments and also an LP and GP in several venture funds. My other interests are philosophy and art, I have a Ph.D. in Philosophy, have written two books on consciousness and free will. I'm a chair of the board of advisors of Arsenal Museum of Contemporary Art, patron of MOMA and Garage Museums.
