What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

I call it "positive stress" - the ability to work from eyes open to eyes closed.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Fearing the unknown.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. Quit your day job and pursue your startup to the fullest extent. Even if you have to eat Ramen noodles and sleep on a friend's couch. Keep yourself 100% focused.

2. Partner up and surround yourself with people that are smarter than you and that contrast you.

3. Be fearless. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Step outside your comfort zone. And finally, remember the saying, "You miss 100% of the shots you don't take."
