I am a(n):

Entrepreneur

If you're an entrepreneur or corporate innovator, why?

I want to invent something cool.

My favorite startups:

Stripe, Square, One Dollar Shave Club, Branchout

What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Building a business is a marathon, it is not a sprint.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Most entrepreneurs assume there's a magic "formula" for success. For any business and startup, the path to success is unique.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1) Luck is about 40% of all success
2) Smart people are able to cultivate a higher return on luck
3) For every idea you have, at least one person is already doing it
