What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

I think the general overhead of a company (payroll, regulatory compliance) can be frustrating. But the reward - seeing a fast growth product that impacts hundreds of thousands of people is one of the most rewarding things that I have experienced.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Not realizing how high the bar is for Series A and Series B funding.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1) Sales matter just as much as product.
2) Find an untapped niche in an unsexy industry.
3) Hiring is the most important role you have as a CEO.
