Daniel B. Garrie, Esq. is a recognized entrepreneur and renowned attorney with substantial experience in the Internet and mobile marketplaces. Over the past fifteen years, Daniel has worked with entrepreneurs, investment banks, business groups and intermediaries to source investments in both domestic and international Digital Media and Legal/Compliance companies, including several successful exits.

Daniel has generated significant deal-flow and provided support and assistance to entrepreneurs and management on business strategy, human resources and other issues operating in the Mobile and Web 2.0 marketplace. Daniel also works with several high-net worth individuals, hedge funds, and private equity funds on Digital Media and Legal-Compliance technology investments ranging from $10M-25M in expenditures, and $2-5 million in services. Prior to joining Pulse Advisory LLC, Daniel was a partner at EMI Capital LLC, a venture development company, which he joined after leaving Charles Rivers Associates where he was the worldwide Director of Information Governance and Electronic Discovery.

Daniel had founded and sold several successful companies most recently LegalTech Group, which executed agreements with Charles Rivers Associates in 2007. Companies with whom Mr. Garrie has worked include: Westpac Trust Bank, Exigen Group, Eccentex, Equivio, Schlumberger, eBay Motors, Digital Reef Inc., Microsoft, TreemoLabs, Public Routes, AdNav, LifeAt, and Tunaverse.

Daniel is also a renowned legal scholar who has authored over 70+ legal and industry articles, contributed to six books on legal technology issues. Daniel serves as the Head of the Alternative Resolution Centers E-Discovery Panel and is the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Legal Technology Risk Management (www.ltrm.org).
