The most rewarding aspect of our business is the millions of lives we hope to change through our platform. Helping service and hospitality professional get jobs and advance in their careers is awesome!

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Not seeking out mentors. Not finding personal time (gym, hobby, significant other). Giving up.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

Surround yourself with people who compliment your strengths and strengthen your weaknesses. Get comfortable being uncomfortable. You will fail, just make sure you learn from that failure and keep moving forward.

Cody Barbo is an entrepreneur from San Diego, Ca.  Cody attended school at San Diego State University where he quickly involved himself in various leadership roles across campus and went on to lead 35,000+ Aztecs CEO and President of Associated Students.

Cody was able to have a successful undergraduate career that sprung him into the entrepreneurial world. He is currently working on his second startup: Industry, a professional network, marketplace, and hiring solution for the service and hospitality industry. Think of Industry as the LinkedIn for the restaurant industry. Their goal is to become the trusted platform for service and hospitality careers and disrupt the way people get jobs in the industry.
