Momtrepreneur
My daughters inspired me to become a momtrepreneur!
Facebook, Twitter, Groupon, Zynga, Etsy, Sweet Lucies Ice Cream and Treats
The most rewarding thing about my job is that I am able to raise my two children full time, while staying creative and utilizing my past skills to build my business. Frustrating!? Gaining AWARENESS! Others....get followers, educating consumers about the product, and figuring out how to use social media effectively.
Not sure yet, as I'm still learning.
You get very little sleep, I don't mind making mistakes anymore because I've learned a lot and can "perfect" the product, things don't move as fast as I expected.
From 2000-2009 I worked in the video gaming and social media industry {advertising and advertising sales} for top companies. I was tasked with selling integrated programs across online, print, events, and various emerging technologies all catering to men 18-34.
I decided to walk away to become a stay-at-home mom in early 2009. I love my full time job {SAHM}, but my drive to apply my professional knowledge + my experience with my two daughters became reality in November 2010. This is when I decided to start The Ladybug and Bean.
