What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

The things you want to move quickly always move slowly...the things you want to move slowly always move quickly; time is relative, and there's never enough of it. When things click, it's like the perfect golf shot...you feel it all the way down to your toes.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Being afraid of making mistakes...option paralysis. You have to learn to pull the trigger: Do. Adjust. Repeat.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

Always speak your mind, even if you might be wrong. Integrity is the most valuable asset. Sometimes lucky is good.
