I am a veteran high tech executive and a repeat entrepreneur. Prior to Tipalti I was CEO of Atrica, the innovator in the Carrier Ethernet market. Atrica was sold Nokia-Siemens. Prior to Atrica , I was s co-founder and CEO of Verix, a provider of business intelligence software. At ECI Telecom, Chen founded, led the sales and marketing and was General Manager of the ADSL business unit, leading it from inception to $100M/yr. I hold a BSc from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA from INSEAD in France.
