What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

The most rewarding aspect being an entrepreneur is the huge highs from success and the constant adrenaline in creating new things. Being one piece of the puzzle away from the goal is the most frustrating.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Miscalculating how long things will take and how much money will be required. Plus most have horrible fashion sense.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. Never quit. If you believe in yourself and your vision keep moving forward
2. Victory is never as far as it seems and defeat is never as close
3. You can not do it alone. Even the best idea in the world still needs a team of great people to execute on it.
