•Patent Pending for IIDS, a process which will allow for the identification of implanted medical devices within seconds of an image being taken.

•Co-Founded 5plus and developed the Motion & Function Assessment Tool (MFAsT) which provides physical therapists with Kinect-enabled software to reduce the time in measuring, reporting and billing functional range-of-motion from 30 to 2 minutes.

Bill started healthcare career in pharmaceutical and medical devices over 12 years ago and has extensive knowledge and held leadership roles in trauma, arthroplasty, orthobiologics as well as capital sales. He has worked with both start-up companies (Hand Innovations, OrthAlign, Nextremity, Radlink, Tenex) as well as established companies (DePuy|Synthes). Bill brings to personalRN the experience that has allowed him to manage over $50 million in sales at Yancey and Associates as well as a personal motivation to help stroke survivors. Bill also has a background in telecommunications, where he started as a Data Network Engineer for WorldCom. While pursuing his MBA at UC Irvine, his interest expanded to virtual healthcare delivery models and has since developed numerous innovative strategies and patents to augment and improve current practices.
