My background is diversified within the regional media industry but it has been mainly focused on building competitive content in business and technology. I've led teams that produced English and Arabic content across multiple media platforms offline and online. I've also contributed editorially to regional and international news channels. As Editor and Editorial Director my challenges included every imaginable facet of managing media assets online and offline, from setting editorial calendars and strategies; to timing content to addressing seasonal market events and trends; to training journalists on creating interesting and passionate editorial coverage; to engaging design and photo-editors to ensure consistent media identity. I'm only interested in senior positions with regional and international outlets, or SMEs offering packages that include equity.
