Frustrating - I want to do so much but I also need to FOCUS
Rewarding - See how we can change lives. We implemented Swift Shift at a pediatrics company and in one quarter we helped deliver 20K additional nursing hours to children in need

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

They lose focus by trying to do too much.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

Focus on key objectives and get them done
Optimize for speed over anything else (e.g. valuation, perfection…)
Stay super close to your customers

I'm CEO & Founder of Swift Shift, a platform that connects home healthcare enterprises and their workforce. Swift Shift is the only mobile first workforce management platform that is built for healthcare - HIPAA compliant, built for integration with EHRs, EMRs and CMS systems. It's simplicity ensures high adoption by field staff and customer service managers. We partner with large healthcare providers to help them meet the growing need for post acute services helping them increase the efficiency of their operations using out location based, mobile SaaS platform. Our mission is to help healthcare professionals (CSMs, RNs, CNAs, PTs, HHAs) deliver more care (and outcomes) in less time and cost using mobile & big data technology.
