What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Seeing your vision come to life (and then seeing other people actually using and enjoying your product!) is extremely rewarding.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Second-guessing your vision. You will get unlimited advice, and it is important to hear and consider all options, but don't underestimate the value of trusting your instincts when making decisions.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. Surround yourself with people who are smarter than you. You can't be an expert in all things so find people who can teach you along the way.
2. Your team should be your #1 priority. Make sure they are treated well, intellectually challenged, and excited to be working on your project.
3. There are going to be difficult days, but don't let them hold you back. Running into difficulties will only make you, your team, and your product stronger.
