If you're an entrepreneur or corporate innovator, why?

I want to invent something cool.

My favorite startups:

Why did you start your company or why do you want to innovate inside your company?

To change and transform how care can be delivered in the 21st century, be using mobile phones and IoT devices.

What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Healthcare is very difficult to change and there is some many workflow issues. This can be very frustrating.

Hearing from mom and mom-to-be how our product helped them.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Not listening to the customer.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

- Hire slow fire fast
- Focus on one thing at a time
- Persistence, a lot of time it comes to down a war of attrition.

Full bio

I am the co-founder and CEO of Babyscripts: an innovative healthcare startup focused on reinventing the standard of prenatal care. I am deeply passionate about driving toward the intersection of the Human Experience & Data Science within healthcare. Also, really focused on how cutting edge tech products can infuse themselves into complex healthcare ecosystems. Prior to Babyscripts, I founded and exited another small startup in the research analytics space. I also have experience working at Deloitte where I was a senior tech consultant. When not working on Babyscripts, I focus on my other passion, The Quantified Self. It is a movement aimed to empower citizens to gain self-knowledge through data.
