Andrew Charlton enjoyed the opportunity to once teach at Oxford University, as well as the chance to serve as a consultant to such organizations as The United Nations Development Program, the Initiative for Policy Dialogue and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development. He is also the co-author of Fair Trade for All, which was published in 2007 by Oxford University Press.
