What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

What's frustrating is hearing them complain. I like honest entrepreneurs who don't mind admitting it's a tough slog but don't offer excuses

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Not listening to advice

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

What I've learned from entrepreneurs is that it matters who you surround yourself with. The quality of your team, investors, employees matters more than anything.
