What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

The most rewarding is when you bring a talented group of people together who are able to produce something greater than the sum of their parts. The most frustrating is all of the dead-ends you hit on the road to get there.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Not understanding their customers.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

Surround yourself with a diverse group of talented people you can depend on, trust your gut and avoid scaling prematurely.
