Francis Medical raised $55M; CodeSignal landed $50M; Ketch secured $23M; Roboflow picks up $20M

Whatnot: Whatnot is a L.A.-based startup that hosts live-streamed video sales and auctions of Pokemon cards and other collectibles. Whatnot has raised $150 million in Series C funding.  Investors include CapitalG, earlier backers Andreessen Horowitz and the Y Combinator Continuity Fund, and numerous notable individual investors, including YouTube star Jake Paul and Zion Williamson of the New Orleans Pelicans. Omaze: Omaze is aCulver City, Ca.-based online fundraising platform for charitable giving. Omaze has raised $85 million in Series C funding. Moore Strategic Ventures led the round, joined by earlier backer FirstMark Capital, Wndrco, Telstra Ventures, Causeway Media Partners, Mockingbird Ventures, BDMI, Pegasus Tech Ventures, Bono, Kerry Washington, Tom Brady and Alexis Ohanian. Amolyt Pharma: Amolyt Pharma is a Lyon, France-based developer of therapeutic peptides for rare endocrine diseases. Amolyt Pharma raised $80 million in Series B funding. Sectoral Asset Management and Andera Partners co-led the round, joined by ATEM Capital and roughly a dozen earlier backers. Read more 

Tradesy: Tradesy is a L.A.-based online marketplace for secondhand fashion goods. Tradesy has raised $67 million in Series D funding led by John Doerr's family office, Foris Ventures. Read more

Anjarium: Anjarium is a Zurich, Switzerland-based developer of nonviral gene therapies. Anjarium has raised $61 million in Series A funding. Abingworth and GIMV co-led the round, joined by Omega Funds, Pfizer Ventures and Surveyor Capital. Read more

Grailed:Grailed is a New York-based curated menswear resale site that touts its digital authentication process. Grailed has raised $60 million. GOAT led the round, with participation from earlier backers Thrive Capital, Index Ventures and Groupe Artémis. Read more 

Mynd: Mynd is Oakland, Ca.-based company that aims to make it easier for people to buy and manage single-family rental properties. Mynd has raised $57.3 million in funding from QED Investors. Read more

Francis Medical: Francis Medical is a Maple Grove, Mn.-based developer of thermal water vapor ablation therapies to treat prostate cancer/ Francis Medical has raised $55 million in Series B funding. Solas BioVentures led the round, joined by Arboretum Ventures, Coloplast A/S, H2Oey Ventures and Tonkawa. Read more 

CodeSignal: CodeSignal is a Bay Area-based technical recruiting platform. CodeSignal has raised $50 million in Series C funding led by Index Ventures, with participation from earlier backer Menlo Ventures, Headline, and A Capital. Read more

Self Financial: Self Financial is an Austin, Tex.-based startup that helps consumers establish and build credit history through secured installment loans and small-dollar loans. Self Financial has raised $50 million in Series E funding. Altos Ventures led, and was joined by earlier investors Meritech Capital and Conductive Ventures. Read more

Caresyntax: Caresyntax is a Boston-based digital platform aimed at reducing deaths from surgery-related complications. Caresyntax has raised $30 million in extended Series C funding from accounts and funds managed by BlackRock, as well as specialty insurer ProAssurance Corp. Read more

Ketch: Ketch is a San Francisco-based data control company for programmatic privacy, governance, and security. Ketch has raised $23 million in Series A funding led by Acrew Capital, with participation from CRV, super[set], Ridge Ventures and SVB. Read more 

Roboflow: Roboflow is a Des Moines, Ia.-based startup that says its developer tools enable companies to use computer vision without hiring a team of machine learning experts. Roboflow raised $20 million in Series A funding led by Craft Ventures. Read more

Kolide: Kolide is a Somerville, Ma.-based endpoint security platform. Kolide has raised $17 million in Series B funding. OpenView Partners led the round,  joined by Matrix Partners. Read more

GigaIO: GigaIO is a Carlsbad, Ca.-based startup that's developing high-speed interconnect hardware for computing clusters. GigaIO raised $14.7 million led by Impact Partners. Read more 

Sequin: Sequin is a Bay Area-based women-focused debit card focused on building women's credit scores startup. Sequin has raised $5.7 million in seed funding from Matrix Partners, Y Combinator, Scribble Ventures, IDEO, Thomvest, Commerce VC and Carrie Schwab. Read more

Journey Clinical: Journey Clinical is a New York-based startup that says its ketamine prescription services enable psychotherapists to offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy to their patients. Journey Clinical has raised $3 million in seed funding led by Fifty Years. Read more
