Basma landed $1.2M; Yogi raised $2.3M; Teller closed $4M; ProGuides picks up $5M

Basma: Basma is a digital dental startup that plans to make invisible teeth aligners. Basma has raised $1.2 million in seed funding co-led by B&Y Venture Partners and Cedar Mundi Ventures, with participation from iSME and various business angels. Read more 

Yogi: Yogi is a customer feedback analytics platform. Yogi has raised $2.3 million in seed funding. RTP Ventures led the round, joined by Felton Group and Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator. Read more 

Teller: Teller creates transactional banking APIs that developers can use to buildups atop bank accounts. Teller has raised $4 million in funding from Lightspeed Venture Partners, Founders Fund and Max Levchin’s fund SciFi. Read more 

ProGuides: ProGuides is an e-sports learning platform. ProGuides has raised $5 million in seed funding led by M13, with participation from Amplify LA, Quest Venture Partners, and GFR Fund. Read more 

OneDine: OneDine makes table-side ordering and payment software for restaurants. OneDine has raised $5 million Series A funding. The lead investor is a private family trust; other participants include TMW Capital and Hidden Lake Asset Management. Read more 

Thistle: Thistle is a meal-delivery company that specializes in "plant-forward" dishes. Thistle has raised $5.65 million in Series A funding from earlier backer PowerPlant Ventures. Read more

Otter.ai: Otter.ai is an  AI-powered transcription app. Otter.ai has received a strategic investment from NTT DOCOMO as part of a $10 million round of funding. Read more
