Calibrate: Calibrate is a weight management platform. Calibrate has raised $100 million in Series B funding co-led by Founders Fund and Tiger Global. Other investors in the deal include Optum Ventures and earlier backers Forerunner Ventures, Threshold Ventures and Redesign Health. Read more
Cardior Pharmaceuticals, a five-year-old, Hanover, Germany-based biotech that's focused on cardiac diseases, has raised €64 million ($76 million) in Series B funding led by Inkef Capital, with participation from Fund+, Sunstone, Hadean Ventures, and Coparion. Read more
Atavistik Bio: Atavistik Bio is a Cambridge, Ma.-based biotech focused on metabolite-protein interactions. Atavistik Bio has raised $60 million in Series A funding led by The Column Group, with participation from Lux Capital and Nextech Invest. Read more
Bridge to Life: Bridge to Life is a Northbrook, Il.-based company focused on organ preservation and transportation. Bridge to Life has raised $56 million led by Perceptive Advisors. Read more
Xalud Therapeutics: Xalud Therapeutics is a New York-based developer of nonviral gene therapies to treat pathologic inflammation. Xalud Therapeutics has raised $30 million in Series C funding led by earlier backer PBM Capital. Read more
Overjet: Overjet is a Cambridge, Ma.-based developer of X-ray AI for dental clinics Overjet raised $27 million in Series A funding co-led by General Catalyst and Insight Partners, with added participation from E14 Fund. Read more
Covera Health: Covera Health is a New York-based patient care analytics startup focused on reducing medical errors. Covera Health has raised $25 million in Series C funding led by Insight Partners, with participation from Equity Group Investments. Read more
Equum Medical: Equum Medical is a New York-based acute care telehealth company that connects patients with physicians with tele-critical care experience. Equum Medical has raised $20 million from Heritage Group. Read more
Recuro Health: Recuro Health is a Richardson, Tex.-based digital holistic health platform. Recuro Health has raised $15 million in Series A funding. Arch Venture Partners led the round, joined by earlier backers OLSF Ventures, Cortado Ventures, 1843 Capital and Sage Venture Partners. Read more
