Today's entrepreneur is Julien Delpech CEO and CoFounder at INVIVOX.

INVIVOX. is a worldwide medical platform that connects medical experts and practitioners in view of offering on-site (inside the operating room), one-to-one practical training sessions alongside experts.  Invivox reinvents medical mentoring, which is the basis of the transmission of knowledge between physicians.  Practically speaking, medical experts open their OR to other surgeons from around the world.

Here's a little about Julien.

I am a(n): Entrepreneur

Companies I've founded or co-founded: Benew Medical, Vim Vitae, Davai

Companies I work or worked for: Ipsen, Allergan, Cytori, Ipsen, Allergan, Cytori, Puregraft

If you are an entrepreneur, why? Because Medical Mentoring had to be reinvented.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?

New ideas take time to be adopted.

New entrepreneurs are not prudent enough when they build their first Business Plans.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

- Trust your instincts but listen to the others when they send you signals about your natural instinct.

- Build your BP and divide your revenues by 10 and check if the business is still sustainable.

- "There are no failures, just people giving up" - Albert Einstein.

What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

The most rewarding is the morning, when you wake up and you whistle on your way to your incubator with ideas flourishing.

The most frustrating is the evening when you go to bed and realize how much is yet to be accomplished and how hard and long is going to be the road.
