The Leadership Challenge (TLC) programs that Jackalyn and Liz provide are designed to nurture, develop and empower people to liberate the leader within themselves and to build strong leaders for tomorrow.

These workshops use the proven principles of Kouzes and Posner’s Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®. The workshops enable organizations and individuals to identify their leadership competencies and become better leaders. The program focuses on helping leaders gain valuable insight on how to see themselves as instruments of change by the actions they can perform. The Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI), which is the 360 online assessment, used in the workshops, is available in six languages; English, Arabic, Simplified Chinese, Brazilian Portuguese, Latin American Spanish, and Mongolian.

The LPI assessment and the TLC materials are specifically geared towards those interested in becoming effective leaders by learning to apply Kouzes and Posner’s famous Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® model to the challenges they face in real life. The workshops include a comprehensive suite of TLC tools including the 360-degree leadership assessment instrument, the LPI.

According to one professional at Novartis Australia, “We use the LPI as the benchmark measurement for a major leadership development program. It is a surprisingly insightful tool for such a time efficient 360 assessment. Its greatest strength is the follow-up training available with world-class Leadership Challenge facilitators.”

Jackalyn Rainosek, Certified Master with The Leadership Challenge, is a facilitator of learning for individuals, teams, and organizations and has consulted with many organizations about leadership over her 42-year career.
