6fusion, a provider of utility-metered public, private and hybrid cloud infrastructure management software and services, completed a $7 million round of funding led by Vienna, Virginia-based Grotech Ventures.

Skype announced Sunday that it has agreed to acquire GroupMe, provider of mobile group messaging applications. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
