Facebook finally launched video chat with Skype; Spotify is coming stateside

eBay agreed to acquire Zong, provider of a mobile payments platform, for approximately $240 million in cash.

Facebook is rolling out three new features to its platform: group chat, a new chat design and video calling. The site now has 750 million members. Also, Zuckerberg spent a few minutes dishing out some subtle criticisms of Google and Google+.
