Tibco CEO and founder Vivek Ranadive shares his lessons learned as an entrepreneur

Vivek Ranadive has had a successful track record as an entrepreneur - from starting a company that automated trading floors to Tibco, a publicly-traded enterprise software company, with a market cap of nearly $2 billion and half a billion in sales. Vivek, who authored, "The Power of Now" and "The Power to Predict," shares his advice with entrepreneurs in this video. I personally like the point he makes about perseverance. It reminds me of this wonderful verse: "Let perseverance have its perfect work, so that we may be mature and complete, lacking nothing."
