No one is spared from this financial crisis. Banks, publishers, carmakers, and retailers!

Electronics retailer Circuit City saif Friday that it's asked for court approval to shut down its 567 remaining U.S. stores. It will let go 34,000 employees, CNN reported. The retailer's site and call center will stop operations after Jan. 18. And, employees will receive 60 days notice of termination.
