NeedsList raised $1M; Novi Money secured $3 M; Payveris closed $7M; Zava landed $32M

NeedsList: NeedsList is a global marketplace connecting donors with NGOs to efficiently meet dynamic spikes in demand. NeedsList has raised $1 million in funding, including from Amplio Ventures and Marigold Capital, Omidyar Network, Next Wave Impact, Silicon Valley Social Ventures, and the Kuo Sharper Fund. Novi Money: Novi Finance believes in a world where everyone is both financially literate and independent. Novi Finance has raised $3 million in seed funding. Investors include Runa Capital, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Doberman Forward, Freedom Financial Network, M ventures, SGH Capital, Republic.co and Vectr. Read more

Payveris: Payveris operates a cloud-based digital payment and money transfer platform. Payveris has raised $7 million in Series D funding. Mosaik Partners led the round with participation from other investors that included Connecticut Innovations, Advantage Capital and Black Dragon Capital. Read more

Zava: Zava is an online medical service provider and offers consultations, diagnostics, and medication without the need for a face-to-face visit. Zava has raised $32 million in Series A funding led by the growth equity firm HPE Growth. Read more

SecurityScorecard: SecurityScorecard is a security platform used for predicting and remediating potential security risks. SecurityScorecard has raised $50 million in a series D round of funding led by Riverwood Capital, with participation from Intel Capital, Evolution Equity, Two Sigma Ventures, Axa Ventures, and Accomplice, among others. PayFit: Payfit allows small and medium enterprises to easily and quickly pay their employees. Payfit is raising $79 million (€70 million) in new funding from Eurazeo and Bpifrance. Read more

Bounce: Bounce is an urban mobility solution that makes daily commute stress-free, time-saving, reliable, and convenient. Bounce has raised $72 million in Series C funding co-led by B Capital and Falcon Edge Capital. Other participants in the round include Chiratae Ventures, Maverick Ventures, Omidyar Network India, Qualcomm Ventures, and earlier backers Sequoia Capital India and Accel Partners India. Read more
