Cullgen received $16M; CleverTap raised $26M; Shift secured $40M; ShopBack landed $45M

Bump: Bump is a streetwear iOS marketplace app. Bump has raised $7.5 million in Series A funding led by e.ventures, with participation from Kleiner Perkins, Y Combinator and undisclosed angel investors. Read more

Diameter Health: Diameter Health cures clinical data disorder by normalizing and enriching clinical data using scalable and secure technology. Diameter Health has raised $9.6 million in Series A-1 funding. Optum Ventures led the round; earlier backers Activate Venture Partners, Connecticut Innovations, Excelerate Health Ventures and LRV Health also participated. Read more

Extend: Extend is an innovative digital credit card distribution platform that redefines how credit cards are issued and shared. Extend has raised $11 million in Series A funding. Point72 Ventures and FinTech Collective led the round, with participation from Reciprocal Ventures and City National Bank. Read more

BentoBox: BentoBox is transforming the hospitality industry by helping restaurants stay at the forefront of technology. BentoBox has raised $16.4 million in Series B funding led by Threshold Ventures. Other participants in the round include Bullpen Capital, Haystack and Female Founders Fund, as well as restaurateur Will Guidara of Make it Nice and Eleven Madison Park. Read more

EdiGENE: EdiGENE Corporation is an emerging biotech company focusing on developing transformative therapeutics for unmet medical needs using its proprietary technologies on CRISPR and protein engineering platforms. EdiGENE has raised roughly $15 million as the first tranche of Series B round. UTokyo Innovation Platform invested, along with earlier backers SBI Investment, Fast Track Initiative, SMBC Venture Capital, Mizuho Capital, and CareNet Group. Read more

Cullgen has raised $16 million in Series A funding from Sequoia Capital China and Highlight Capital. Read more

ScoutBio: Scout Bio is a biotechnology company focused on innovating pet medicine by delivering a pipeline of one-time therapeutics for major chronic pet health conditions. Scout Bio has raised $20 million in Series B funding co-led by Digitalis Ventures’ Companion Fund andRiverVest Venture Partners. GreenSpring Associates and earlier investors Frazier Healthcare Partners, Adage Capital Management and Correlation Ventures also joined the round. Read more

Movo: MOVO provides a platform moves people around the cities in an easier way, faster, and more enjoyable. MOVO  has raised €20 million in Series A funding co-led by Seeya Ventures and insurer Mutua Madrileña. Read more  

CleverTap: CleverTap is a customer lifecycle management and engagement platform to drive long-term retention and growth. CleverTap  has raised $26 million in Series B funding. Sequoia India led the round, with participation from Tiger Global Management and Accel. Read more

Shift Technologies: Shift is an online marketplace for buying and selling used cars. Shift has raised $40 million in funding from unnamed investors that the company says are new to the company. Read more  

ShopBack: ShopBack is a cash back-focused e-commerce services company. ShopBack has raised $45 million co-led by Rakuten Capital and EV Growth. Read more
