Cluster raised $1.9M; Tetrate raised $12.5M; Glia raised $20M; AgroStar raised $27M

Cluster: Cluster is connecting engineers to industrial tech careers in aviation, aerospace & defense. Cluster has raised $1.9 million in seed funding led by billionaire Mark Cuban and ECMC Group, with participation from numerous other individual investors, including Zynga founder Mark Pincus. FoodBoss: FoodBoss is an all in one online food and alcohol delivery search engine that comprises data from food services companies. FoodBoss has raised more than $2 million in seed funding led by Cleveland Avenue. Read more

Determined AI: Determined AI is changing the way deep models are trained and deployed. Determined AI  has raised $11 million in Series A funding led by GV, with participation from from Amplify Partners, Haystack and SV Angel. Read more

Tetrate: Tetrate is application management for hybrid and multi cloud world. Tetrate has raised $12.5 million in funding. Dell Technologies Capital led the round; other participants include 8VC, Intel Capital, Rain Capital and Samsung NEXT. Read more

Adthena: Adthena is a competitive intelligence solution for search marketers. Adthena has raised $14 million in Series A funding, including from Updata Partners. Read more

Automation Hero: Automation Hero combines RPA with AI to form an intelligent process automation platform to automate repetitive business processes. Automation Hero  has raised $14.5 million in new funding led by Atomico, with participation by Baidu Ventures and Cherry Ventures. Read more

Invenio: Invenio provides consulting services to a variety of industries, including media and manufacturing. Invenio has raised £11.6 million ($15.3 million) from Business Growth Fund in the U.K. Read more

Glia: Glia transforms how companies connect with their customers using Messaging, Video, Voice, CoBrowsing, and AI. Glia has raised $20 million in funding. Insight Venture Partners led the round, and was joined by Tola Capital, Wildcat Capital Management, and Grassy Creek. More here.


Hibob: Hibob ia a HR and benefits platform startup. Hibob has raised $20 million in Series A+ funding, including from Bessemer Venture Partners, Battery Ventures, Eight Roads, Arbor Ventures, and Presidio Ventures. Read more

CXA Group: CXA is a corporate benefits aggregator. What TripAdvisor did for travel, CXA doing for insurance, healthcare and wellness. CXA has raised $25 million in Series C funding, including from earlier backers B Capital and Openspace Ventures, and a long list of new investors that includes HSBC, Singtel Innov8 and Telkom Indonesia MDI Ventures. AgroStar: AgroStar is India’s leading direct-to-farmer digital platform where farmers can procure quality agri inputs at fair price just by using a mobile phone. AgroStar has raised $27 million in Series C funding led by Bertelsmann India Investments, with participation from returning investors Accel, Chiratae Ventures and Aavishkaar Bharat Fund. Lightbits Labs: Lightbits Labs’ technology can separate storage and compute without requiring changes to network infrastructure. Lightbits Labs has raised $50 million in funding. Investors include Dell EMC, Cisco, and Micron, along with venture firms Square Peg Capital and Walden International. Read more

Stash: Stash’s mission is  to empower a new generation of investors, giving everyone access to financial opportunity.  Stash has raised $65 million in Series E funding. The company, backed by Union Square Ventures, Coatue Valar Ventures and Breyer Capital. Read more


Klara: Klara is a medical communication platform that improves collaboration, profitability, and patient outcomes in the healthcare industry. Klara has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from Stage 2 Capital. Read more
