SYNQY raised $1.2M; OpenMartech raised $1.5M; Alto raised $2.8; Tasso raised $6.1M

SYNQY: SYNQY  is an online retail media that enable retailers to monetize existing e-commerce real estate through product-targeted advertisements. SYNQY has raised $1.2 million in funding. The investors weren't named but the company says it has raised $6.7 million to date. Read more

OpenMartech: OpenMartech is a open-source, which can be hosted in a user's own cloud environment without the need for licensing or subscription fees. OpenMartech  has raised $1.5 million in seed funding, including from Elevate Ventures, The IU Philanthropic Venture Fund and Innovate Indiana Fund. Read more

Alto: Alto smooths the process of investing in nontraditional assets via individual retirement accounts. Alto has raised $2.8 million in seed funding led by Mountain Group Partners, with participation from Foundation Capital, Sequoia Capital and Amplify.LA. Read more

Tasso: Tasso is revolutionizing blood-based diagnostics by placing the user at the center of the diagnostics process. Tasso has raised $6.1 million led by Vertical Venture Partners. Read more

Wade & Wendy: Wade & Wendy offers machine intelligence personalities that aim to make hiring more human. Wade & Wendy  has raised $7.6 million in Series A funding. Jazz Venture Partners led the round; other participants include Randstad Innovation Fund, ff Venture Capital and Indicator Ventures. Read more

Brodmann17: Brodmann17 develops artificial visual intelligence that allow devices to understand the environment in real-time. Brodmann17 has raised $11 million in Series A round funding. OurCrowd led the round, and was joined by investors includingManiv Mobility, AI Alliance, UL Ventures, Samsung NEXT, and the Sony Innovation Fund. Read more

FutureFuel.io: FutureFuel makes it easy by empowering employers to "turn on" student debt repayment as a new employee benefit. FutureFuel  has raised $11.2 million in Series A funding. Rethink Impact led the round, and was joined by investors including Breton Capital, First Data, G9 Ventures, The Impact Engine, Reach Capital, Salesforce Ventures, SixThirty, and Vulcan Capital. Blueground: Blueground is a real estate tech company that wants to make people feel at home wherever they choose to live. Blueground  has raised $20 million from VentureFriends, Endeavor Catalyst, Jabbar Internet Group and serial entrepreneur Kevin Ryan. Read more

Pantheon Platform: Pantheon provides a website management platform to build, launch, and manage WordPress and Drupal sites. Pantheon has raised $40 million in a Series D led by Sageview Capital. Previous investors, including Foundry Group,Scale Venture Partners, and Industry Ventures, also joined the round. Read more

Matterport: Matterport develops and operates cloud based platform that enables users to create cloud-based 3D and virtual reality models of real-world spaces that can be experienced, changed, and shared online. Matterport has raised $48 million from investors that it's not yet naming. Read more

Erasca: Erasca creating a new generation of oncology drugs intended to not just treat, but actually cure Cancer. Erasca has raised $64 million in Series A funding. Investors include ARCH Venture Partners,Andreessen Horowitz and Reneo Capital. Read more

Beam Therapeutics: Beam Therapeutics is pioneering the use of CRISPR base editing to develop precision genetic medicines that treat disease. Beam Therapeutics has raised $135 million in Series B funding. Investors include Redmile Group, Cormorant Asset Management, GV, Altitude Life Science Ventures, F-Prime Capital, ARCH Venture Partners, Eight Roads Ventures, and Omega Funds. Read more

Grab: Grab is a ride-hailing platform that offers booking service for taxis, private cars, and motorbikes through one mobile. Grab  has raised nearly $1.5 billion from the SoftBank Vision Fund. Read more
