BenchPrep raised $20M; ScoutRF raised $3K M; Knock has raised $400M

Fortify: Fortify Software offers security assurance solutions that address the threats posed by security flaws in business-critical software apps. Fortify has raised $2.5 million in seed funding, including from Neotribe Ventures, Prelude Ventures, Mainspring Capital, Ocean Azul Partners, and McCune Capital. Read more

Rubrik: Rubrik offers live data access for recovery and application development by fusing enterprise data management with web-scale IT. Rubrik has raised $261 million in Series E funding at a $3.3 billion valuation led by Bain Capital Ventures. Earlier investors Lightspeed Venture Partners, Greylock,Khosla Ventures and IVP also joined the round. Read more

Currency.com: Currencycloud is a global payment platform that serves businesses by providing technologies that makes payments frictionless. Currencycloud  has raised $8 million in Series A funding from Larnabel Ventures and VP Capital. Read more

Chronicled: Chronicled is a technology company leveraging blockchain and IoT to power smart, secure supply chain solutions. Chronicled   has raised $16 million in Series A funding led by Mandra Capital, with participation from Streamlined Ventures and The Perkins Fund. Read more

Bringg: Bringg is a delivery logistics technology platform for enterprises, serving customers in more than 50 countries. Bringg has raised $25 million in Series C funding, including from Next47, Salesforce Ventures, Aleph VC, OG Ventures, Cambridge Capital, Coca-Cola,Ituran and Pereg Ventures. Read mor

Scout RFP San Francisco-based sourcing and supplier engagement platform that aims to help procurement teams optimize contracts and increase their companies' profitability, has raised $33 million in Series C funding. Scale Venture Partners led the round, with participation from Workday Ventures and Salesforce Ventures and earlier backers Menlo Ventures and NewView Capital. Read more

Insight Venture Partners led the round and was joined by Shasta Ventures and Forerunner Ventures. Read more

Knock: Knock makes buying or selling a home simple and certain. Knock has raised $400 million in Series B equity and debt financing. Foundry Group led the round, and was joined by investors including RRE Ventures,Corazon Capital, WTI, and FJ Labs, and Company Ventures. Read more
