Some of these transformations we are seeing both in the public and private sector have simplified complex tasks. An emerging trend that is breaking out is from that of businesses microchipping their employees.
Some find the age of microchipping part of the tech revolution we are in; however, others see it as an invasion of privacy. Part of this expanse is from the growing information from the growth of the internet. Even now you can get NBN plans readily to place you on the fast track for high-speed internet.
The benefits of microchipping employees for businesses may outweigh the negative aspects, but today we will be going over these details in greater depth.
Technology has made our lives easier as we are living in a new era of microwave self-indulgence where we can get just about anything we want instantaneously. Technology is taking our expectations of what was not possible before to being totally acceptable and accessible in the digital frontier, with microchips not being an exception.
Microchips after all have been used in multiple applications from being in your IDs, credit cards, and even key fobs. So when people suggested that a microchip be inserted underneath the skin that would hold all of your important information many people were on board, particularly businesses.
Identification is a staple when it comes to microchipping, a person could not use false identification to fake who they aren't. With microchipping the person really is who they say they are. As a business owner, you will be able to know who is on your premise by using tracking software with all your employees, and in a sense, microchipping is like an advanced version of biometrics.
Security access is now as easy as programing a main computer to give special permissions for employees. This could be anything from opening doors, to gaining accesses to offices and other secured areas. You will always know where someone is by the microchip and GPS tracking via time signatures. Company theft would be a thing of the past as you would always know where someone their GPS time signature.
Employees would always have all of their patient medical records on the microchip, so no more medical slipups. Doctors and hospitals would have everything on file, what you're allergic to, medicine you've been prescribed, ect. Businesses will be able to optimize their health plans with their employees and be able to monitor changes from when they go in for physicals and checkups.
Currently, the FDA has stated that microchipping included adverse tissue reactions with some incompatibly for some people. Also there was a problem with strong magnetic equipment like that of a MRI or even that of pacemakers. Long-term health effects aren't also known as microchipping is relatively new and hasn't been around long enough to know the long-term side effects.
It's unknown what will happen if a microchip malfunctioned, or how the hardware would be effectively replaced.
With microchipping we have come to a time in history when we are relying on technology to help us advance into a new era. Businesses around the world are starting to see the opportunities that they can integrate processes of the workplace in with the employees.
Will microchipping just be another fad, or will it play an ultimate place in our technological world?
