The platform is new, fresh and fully modified; designed to meet the current challenges facing by any live chat app. The new HTML version 3.0 of Banckle Chat brings style to your online collaboration with your visitors and allows you to view comprehensive information through its better than ever newly designed home screen. The new UI of Banckle Chat has been adorned with a perfect text size, color combination to simplify the UI, tabs and buttons. Unlike previous version and other live customer support apps, all the tabs and buttons have been placed together in order to use them effectively and quickly. The new layout of Banckle Chat allows users to quickly jump over to any other tab or button as the list of tabs stays still. Thankfully, it eliminates the hassle of clicking "go back" or "settings" screen as all the operational elements of Banckle Chat have been collectively arranged at left hand side of the screen.

The transition between two versions is adequate, precise and fully functional. There are several elements where functionality of the app has never been compromised such as visual indicators of physicality and realism, bezels, gradients and drop shadows. Such factors lead to heavier UI elements that can overpower the content. As we all know that time is money. It wouldn't be wrong to say that the new Banckle Chat's UI would also act as a time savior live chat application. Whether it's about viewing offline messages or making changes in settings, copying widget code or instant replying to your visitors, Banckle Chat lets you to do that within a few seconds.
