Deluxe buys VerticalResponse for $27M

VerticalResponse brings 800,000 clients to Deluxe

Deluxe, a maker of checks and solutions for small businesses, announced Thursday that it's buying digital marketing company VerticalResponse for $27 million. The company unveiled its acquisition at the same time it reported revenue of $48.2 million.
