All subscribed customers can benefit from the multilingual feature for the Banckle Chat console. You can choose from a list of available languages and enjoy the same great experience of Banckle Chat in the language of your choice.
The multilingual feature uses Google’s translate service; one of the most comprehensive language translators available. It eliminates the need of translation efforts by you or the support team. All the application sections, buttons, notification messages are translated into the selected language. You can select the desired language via Settings by following the steps given below:
How to use multilingual support?
Note: If you do not have a Banckle account, click here to sign up for a Banckle account.
Note: This setting only changes the Banckle Chat Console language, and is set for each Admin individually.
Note: You need to refresh the page to apply the language.
With just a single click, Banckle Chat console is translated to the selected language effortlessly.
