Morgan Stanley Mary Meeker's latest Internet trends deck

Mary Meeker has the best industry slides ever. For anyone interested in learning about the Internet and putting it into perspective, you should take a look at these slides. One slide I like is the one showing that Apple's iPad is among the fastest growing consumer devices ever. It took 28 days for the iPad to hit 1 million users. That's half the time it took the iPhone, which took 74 days.

Interestingly enough, the Nintendo Wii took about 13 days.

She also points out that the online advertising industry "may" be set to hit the "Golden Age, Finally." She points out that 28% of media time is spent on the Internet while only 13% of advertising is spent online. This compares to 31% of media time spent on TV, and 39% of ad budgets going on television.

Take a look. I'm sure you'll find the report useful.
