What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation? 
The most rewarding thing by co-founding Staffly is that we are helping people work and independent retailers staff their stores. The most frustrating thing is not enough hours in the day.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make? 
Not understanding their cash flow to manage their burn rate and funding cycles.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. Do homework on market validation before building cool stuff 
2. Be obsessive over your clients 
3. Focus on what's important and make sure the team is as well
