Frustrating: so many ideas, so much we can do... not enough time.
Rewarding: no red tape, no bureaucracy, fostering a culture of innovation and execution.
What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?
Getting a big head and thinking you know everything. Others have tried and won or tried and failed, its important to learn from them. You can never stop learning.
What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?
1. Nothing is as bad as it seems.
2. Nothing is as good as it seems.
3. It's all about execution, motivation, and coffee.
