What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?
Inability to pivot when the marketplace tells you that you need to do something different
What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?
1. Sometimes you have to walk away from a sales prospect who is wasting your time, no matter how attractive they seem.
2. Get your legal affairs in order from day 1 (incorporation docs, partnership agreements, etc)
3. It's going to be 10 (or 100) times harder than you thinkk!!!
