What’s the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?
Over-thinking and over-analyzing things. I know people who took a year to write a business plan. Some analysis is good but then – as the Nike tagline goes – you got to just do it.
What are the top three lessons you’ve learned as an entrepreneur?
1. Don’t over-think things – no analysis or person will give you *the* answer; sometimes you just need to take the leap of faith and do it.
2. Things will not go according to plan – there will be both downside and upside surprises; embrace and learn from it all.
3. Team is everything – take the time to find the right people and don’t hesitate to change things if someone is not working out.
