A new study, which looked at the online shopping habits of 1,000 respondents, found that consumers utilize a vast array of research tools when shopping online, including search, social, and mobile.

While in 2007, social networking accounted for just one out of every 12 minutes spent online, it now makes up one for every six minutes, according to comScore.
