Integrate Fluid Surveys with Banckle Chat

Banckle Chat is simple to configure and easy to use for your online collaboration requirements . Its intuitive user interface helps you in getting started with online chat experience in no time. We are pleased to share that you can now integrate Fluid Surveys with Banckle Chat and collect the survey responses in real time.

Integrate Fluid Surveys

Fluid Surveys is a simple yet powerful online survey software, the integration with Banckle Chat offers quality results to the customers.

Fluid Surveys can easily be integrated with Banckle Chat through simple steps. Being a chat operator, you can conduct the survey at the end of live chat session. Fluid Surveys allows you to send your surveys to your visitor in a conversation.

How to Configure?

The following steps are required to install and configure Fluid Surveys:

1. Sign in to Banckle Chat.

Note: If you do not have a Banckle account, click here to sign up for a Banckle account.

2. From the Banckle Chat home screen, click Settings.
3. Click “Marketplace”.

The “Installed” tab shows the plugins that have been already installed.

4. Click “Browse” to see the list of available plugins.

5. Click “Install” button that appears on hovering the mouse over “Fluid Surveys” option.
6. Provide the “Email Address” and “Password” of your account registered at Fluid Surveys.
7. Click “Load Surveys.

A list of available surveys will be accessed from your account.



Configure Fluid Surveys

8. Click “Enable Survey”.
9. Choose the desired survey from the list.
10. Provide the survey message.

The survey message will be shown as a hyperlink to the survey after the conversation ended.

11. Click “Install.

Once Fluid Surveys plugin is installed, you can share the survey with your customer at the end of a live chat session. As soon as you close the conversation, the link of the survey is shared with the customer. On clicking the survey link, the survey is launched in a new window.
