What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?
It's all about focusing on why you are doing it. It's frustrating to not have the resources, work more than everyone else, put in plenty to get out one without knowing if it's going to be successful. The thrill is in the journey and achieving something that makes a difference for people.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?
Quitting right when things look impossible, you are usually about to have a breakthrough.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?
1. Focus on what you are passionate about
2. Stick to your vision, but be open to feedback
3. Embrace failure, it's inevitable in certain forms and look at is as a stepping stone to your success.
