Sheila Marcelo, CEO and founder of Care.com, is a dynamic speaker and one women entrepreneurs should view as a role model. At Vator Splash NY, Marcelo - straight from landing at the airport from a trip in the UK - gave her keynote speech about lessons starting and scaling her business, Care.com.
