Ode to Coffee Technology

I have thought long and hard about this topic. I vacillated for weeks deciding whether or not I would publish this. For what it's worth here it goes. The whole IT industry was built by Mr. Bean (coffee bean that is). I have this theory that ,without coffee, we would have no Microwhatsits or Gaggle or Qwitter. I believe that these companies were built on the backs of lonely, over-caffeinated, coffee junkies. Being that the case, we should think about Mr. Bean every time we see our computer's welcoming splash screen. It is as if it is saying "drink coffee and invent cool stuff". For this reason we will have a full-time Barista on staff. I encourage you Mr CIO to stop serving that horrible excuse for coffee and get with the program. The more you keep your engineers out of StarYucks, the more you benefit from their arabica-induced flashes of genius. I would like to end by saying, on behalf of all Technology companies, thank you Mr. Bean!
